Sandy Ostergard
Board President

Sandy has been with Ibsen since it's beginning in 1998, first as a committee member and then as a board member.  She has two adopted adult children and parented a former foster child through his senior year of high school.  The majority of her career has been as a paralegal and legal assistant.  She currently enjoys working as a office manager supporting the long term care industry.  In her spare time she loves to garden, sew, spend time with family and friends and is passionate about supporting and encouraging foster and adoptive moms- she holds a special place in her heart for single moms!

Ron Stoker

Vice President

Ron has been involved with Ibsen for 11 years.  He and his wife, Carol, have been married for 33 years.  They have two adopted children, Liz who is 17 and Nick who is 14.  Ron, along with two of his brothers have worked/owned the Nisqually Trout Farms since 1982, stocking lakes all over Washington.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, family time and of course, their labradoodle, Harry!

Anne Anderson

Anne has been with Ibsen since it's beginning in 1998, serving in various capacities as Executive Director and Board President.  She currently serves as Treasurer.
Anne and her husband, Dave have raised two biological and three adopted kids.  They live in community with their daughter and son-in-law, two grandson's and Dave's 99-year-old mother.  When she is not caring for her mother-in-law or playing with her grandkids; she enjoys gardening, hanging out with friends & family and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Cathryn Lewis

Cathryn has volunteered with Ibsen since its onset.  She currently serves as Secretary of the board.  Cathryn has spent time helping individual foster families with practical needs, meals and creating scrapbooks of foster babies.  She and her husband, Lanny have 4 grown daughters, 3 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and working in her studio.
Sonia Boirie

Sonia has been with Ibsen since July of this year.  She just recently relocated with her husband, Hector from St. Louis back to the Pacific Northwest after being away for 14 years. They have two married children, Christina and Hector Jr., a son-in-law Ricky and daughter-in-law Dani, as well as 5 beautiful grandchildren.  She happily dedicates much of her time to her family, hosting parties in their new home and traveling with her husband.
Alethea Keith-Pyhala

Alethea has been on Ibsen's board since July of this year.  She has 5 permanent children; Chase 22, Gabriel 10, Maya 8, Gideon 6, and Max 2.  Other children join their family from time to time.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Parent Educator.  Family is very important to the Pyhala's and they spend a lot of time together participating in extracurricular activities and church.  When they aren't doing that, they try to get together with extended family over a meal.
